UK customers - order by December 13th at 12pm for delivery before Christmas.

UK orders placed on December 13th after 12pm, or on December 14th and 15th, may arrive before Christmas, but pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

We ship our beautiful made to order art prints worldwide, with delivery times and charges displayed at checkout once you have entered your address details. 

All delivery times and charges are shown below. Delivery times may occasionally be a day or two longer during times of higher order volume, including before or after U.K. public holidays and during key gifting periods such as November/December or Mother's Day. Delivery times are also subject to courier service levels which are beyond our control.

If your items are required for a specific date, please place your order as far in advance as possible and contact us if you have any questions.

Editions and Shop Orders

Special edition prints will be dispatched from our store on Brick Lane. 

Dispatch Locations

Our giclee prints and special editions are dispatched from different locations. If you order one of each type in the same order, they will arrive separately.

Local Tax and Import Duty

VAT will be recalculated at checkout once delivery destination is input, as applicable. 

If you are ordering our products to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to your local countries import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival to the specified destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and East End Prints are not liable for any of these charges to be returned to the customer. We cannot quote the exact amount of these charges prior to dispatch, and so these should be discussed with the appropriate customs authority at the order’s final destination.

Changes to Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed it moves to our third party print production partner to prepare, so we cannot guarantee any amendments to delivery information will be possible. However, do reach out to us at info@eastendprints.co.uk and we will do our best to assist. 

Changes to Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery we will get in touch with you.
