We ship our beautiful made to order art prints worldwide, from the UK. Delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout once you have entered your address details. Charges vary depending on the value of your order and the country your order is being shipped to.

Non-UK Tax & Import Duties
If you are ordering prints to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to additional local import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival at your specified destination.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and East End Prints is not liable for any of these charges to be returned or refunded. Regulations vary by country and we cannot advise or quote, prior to dispatch, any charges which may or may not be applied.

Changes to Delivery Information
Once your order has been placed, it moves to our third party production partner to prepare and package, so we cannot guarantee any amendments to delivery information will be possible. However, do reach out to us at info@eastendprints.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.
Changes to Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery we will get in touch with you.
