Delivery
We ship our beautiful made to order art prints worldwide, from the U.K., with delivery times and charges displayed at checkout once you have entered your address details.
Delivery times may be a day or two longer during times of higher order volume, before or after U.K. public holidays and during key gifting periods such as Christmas or Mother's Day. Delivery times are also subject to courier service levels which are beyond our control.
If your items are required for a specific date, please place your order as far in advance as possible and contact us if you have any questions. Or if you're too late for that important date, why not buy them a East End Prints gift voucher, which is issued immediately to an email address of your choice.

International Orders - Local Tax and Import Duty
If you are ordering prints to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to additional local import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival at your specified destination.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and East End Prints is not liable for any of these charges to be returned or refunded. Regulations vary by country and we cannot advise or quote, prior to dispatch, any charges which may or may not be applied.
Please contact your local customs authority at the order's final destination to discuss their local regulations.

Changes to Delivery Information
Once your order has been placed, it moves to our third party production partner to prepare and package, so we cannot guarantee any amendments to delivery information will be possible. However, do reach out to us at info@eastendprints.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.
Changes to Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery we will get in touch with you.
