Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in the UK and Rest of World, with delivery times and fees varying by delivery location. 

Delivery fees for UK and Jersey orders are calculated based on total order value. 

For Europe and the rest of the world, fees are calculated based on parcel weight. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

All delivery times and fees are as outlined below. Delivery times shown are subject to courier service levels and may vary during times of higher order volume e.g. before or after U.K. public holidays and key gifting times such as Christmas or Mother's Day. If your items are required for a specific date, please place your order as far in advance as possible.

Order Tracking

We offer full tracking on orders. We would ask for you to await the relevant lead time before getting in touch. 

Editions and Shop Orders

Edition prints will be dispatched from our store on Brick Lane. Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch frames from our shop.

Dispatch Locations

Our cards, digital prints and limited editions are dispatched from varying different locations and so if you order one or more of each, these will arrive in separate packages. If the relevant lead time has passed and you have not received your full order please contact info@eastendprints.co.uk for further information.

Local Tax and Import Duty

VAT will be recalculated at checkout once delivery destination is input, as applicable. 

If you are ordering our products to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to your local countries import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival to the specified destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and East End Prints are not liable for any of these charges to be returned to the customer. We cannot quote the exact amount of these charges prior to dispatch, and so these should be discussed with the appropriate customs authority at the order’s final destination.

Changes to Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed it moves to our third party manufacturer to prepare, so we cannot guarantee any amendments to delivery information can be made. However, do reach out to us at info@eastendprints.co.uk and we will do our best to assist. 

Changes to Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery we will get in touch with you.
