5 THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND: FRIDAY 7TH AUGUST

1. WILDERNESS FESTIVAL

The ever-magical August getaway returns for its fifth year in Oxfordshire, with a top-notch music line-up. Quirky pop goddess Björk headlines a bill that also includes Ben Howard, Nick Mulvey, awesome Afrotronic crew Ibibio Sound Machine, veteran funk ambassador George Clinton and many more. But Wilderness isn't just about great sounds: from outdoor theatre to talks and debates, horse riding to yurt-building, a lakeside spa and even long table banquets with leading chefs, this is much more than a music festival.

2. CHOP, SMASH, DESTROY: All the tricks to improve your table tennis.

This Sunday organised by the great people of INDYTUTE and with the tutoring from London's finest #tabletennis maestro Olav . You will be learning the basics. How to serve, how to place and direct the ball, and how to chop and smash. In fact destroy your opponent (in a moderately friendly way). The lesson will end with a mini tournament against other class students. Yay!
