Description

Charge your inner adventurer with this striking cyclist and rainbow print by Karin Akesson. This print would look fabulous in a kid's playroom!

Karin Akesson is the creator of Karin Akesson Design, a company selling wall art and inspirational gifts for children. She runs the company together with her husband, David, from their home studio in East London. Karin grew up in Sweden and moved to England in 1997 to study illustration. Shortly after her studies she started her own business to sell prints with inspirational illustrations and sayings. Karin’s two children are the inspiration behind all the products she makes. She wants to create things that they get excited about, make them ask questions and empower and inspire them.

Why Choose East End Prints?

Our beautiful art prints are made to order using a giclée printing process, on premium 210gsm acid-free archival paper, ensuring fine art quality with vibrant colour and extended longevity from fading compared to standard prints. All our paper and wood is from sustainable sources.

The glaze used in our solid wood frames is optically the same as glass, but is more lightweight and shatterproof than glass for easier handling and greater safety. The hanging system on the back of our frames allows you to hang your art with a single screw.

We're extremely proud to be a female-led company that works with a community of over 200 artists and is rated 'Excellent' on Trustpilot. Our artists receive a royalty payment for every order you place.

Please note we use product images on our website which are optimised to load quickly while you browse and are therefore lower resolution in appearance than the beautifully detailed giclée print that's delivered to you.

All 'Special Edition' prints are printed by our artists. These are identifiable from the description on their product page.
